I don't think we would have done it without her. She is amazing. She was there every step of the way. She explained everything so well. Working with her was amazing. She took the stress away. She went above the call of duty! Everything was great!

Sue Borud was recommended to me through a friend and we really enjoyed her for many reasons but she was always answering any questions she could in a timely matter. She took us seriously from day 1 unlike the previous realtor that we spoke to. She factored in our needs/wants in our new home. She was phenomenal and I would recommend her 100x over again. You guys are lucky to have her on your team! Absolutely wonderful human being. We had Melissa at closing as Sue closed on her home the same day and she was nice and helpful aswell.

Sue was absolutely phenomenal to work with!! From the very beginning when we got set up with her she made us feel very comfortable & important. She was always available to answer our questions and explained things so well!! Her attitude and presence made it feel like she was buying the home with us, when we were excited she was, when things got held up it’s like she took it personally & worked as hard as possible to get things back on track. She was again simply phenomenal & my fiancé & I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Sue Borud was recommended by someone who had just had her sell her property and had nothing but great things to say about her. It is important to work with someone who I know has good knowledge and work ethic so I was excited to have Sue assist us in selling our home and purchasing our new home! Sue made everything seem so easy from start to finish! She was so personable and I loved working with her during the whole process. Sue was great. She walked us through at least 20 houses, and did not make us feel uncomfortable for taking our time to decide which was the right house for us.

She was open and honest and ensured that she had our best interest in mind. Not only did she assist in helping us find the perfect home, but she assisted in helping us sell our home as well. She gave great advice with negotiating and making sure that everyone benefited in the end. To top it all off, Sue assist with cleaning and moving when I didn't have the man power to help. We looked at several properties and she always asked where it was in a ranking of what we had viewed so far. She answered any questions we had on the property and was very professional and patient with us when we let her know it was not the right one. When we did feel we had found the right one she was calm, patient and walked us through every step of the process of making the offer. Then when we were working with our loan officer Sue helped us with that too. It was an overall wonderful process.

My husband and I strongly recommend Sue Borud for anyone looking to sell their home in the Bismarck/Mandan and surrounding area. Our home was in Hazen, ND and Sue used every avenue possible to get the information out on the sale of our home. Sue responded immediately after every contact we made and was always there to answer any questions we had. We are very grateful for all the time and effort she placed into the sale of our home.

Sue was very friendly and the day I met her at the home we ended up purchasing, she came out of the door to great me with a big smile. When coming to an agreement on the price of the home Sue was good at negotiating for us! Sue answered all of my calls usually immediately but when she was busy it was a short time until she returned the call or text. When I had questions about the procedure Sue was knowledgeable and was able to answer most of my questions, when she was unsure she would find out and get back to us in a timely manner. I would call Sue if I had any home purchases or sales in the future and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home or wanting to sell the home they have.

Sue did a wonderful job on finding homes that were around Bismarck that were in my price range and giving me any information she had about the house. If she didn't know, she always did research and got back to me very quickly! Sue is always easy to talk with and always gets back with you quickly if there's ever any concerns.
